2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. faichai reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending review, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be located in the Philippines or otherwise be in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of this type is lawful for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of faichai complies with the laws applicable to you. faichai does not accept registrations from players who are prohibited from online gaming by the laws of their jurisdiction, regardless of the technical ability to access the platform.
You are not eligible to register or maintain an account on faichai if you are an employee, contractor, director, or agent of faichai or any of its affiliated companies, or if you are an immediate family member of such a person. Self-exclusion arrangements — whether initiated by the player or imposed by faichai — also affect eligibility to hold an active account during the exclusion period.
faichai may conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at registration or at any later point. Failure to cooperate with verification requests, or providing false information during the process, will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
3. Account Creation, Security and Responsibilities
Your account is your responsibility
Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on faichai. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you already hold an account and wish to update your details, please contact support rather than creating a new registration.
When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information up to date. faichai uses the details you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and communication related to your account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. faichai will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity carried out using your account login, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to faichai support.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the faichai support team immediately at [email protected]. faichai will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account while doing so. 4. Platform Usage Rules and User Obligations
What is and is not permitted on the platform
You agree to use the faichai platform only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial entertainment gaming — and in a manner that complies with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disrupt, overburden, or impair its infrastructure, security, or availability for other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on faichai and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure without refund: using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform; engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud or cheating; exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity; and acting in a manner that constitutes harassment of other players or platform staff.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the faichai platform, its software, games, content, or data without prior written authorisation from faichai. Accessing the platform via means other than the official website or authorised app is also prohibited and may expose you to security risks for which faichai cannot be held responsible.
faichai reserves the right to monitor platform activity for compliance with these rules. Where a violation is detected or suspected, faichai may suspend access, withhold pending transactions, void wagers, and/or close an account while an investigation is conducted. Players found to have breached these rules will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or credits at the time of closure.
5. Payments, Transactions and Philippine Peso
How deposits, withdrawals, and balances work
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on faichai are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion on the platform — what you deposit in pesos is held in pesos, and what you withdraw is paid out in pesos. This is intentional: we designed faichai for Filipino players, and direct peso handling removes the friction and hidden costs associated with currency conversion that affect other platforms.
Deposits are credited to your account balance only after successful confirmation from the payment provider. faichai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet services. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference so the team can investigate. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must complete the required verification steps before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals can only be directed to payment accounts in your own name — faichai does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements applicable in the Philippines.
faichai reserves the right to carry out additional checks on deposits or withdrawals at any time, including requesting documentation to confirm the source of funds. During any such review, affected transactions may be held pending. Players are expected to cooperate fully with these checks. Funds arising from fraudulent, reversed, or disputed deposit transactions may be reclaimed from a player's balance, and any winnings generated from such funds may be voided.
6. Limitation of Liability
The extent and limits of faichai's responsibility
faichai provides its platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable, and accurate operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical faults, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, faichai shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to platform downtime, technical errors, delayed transaction processing, or any gaming outcome. faichai's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
faichai is not responsible for losses that result from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from the compromise of login credentials where faichai was not at fault. Similarly, faichai is not liable for any tax obligations that arise for a player as a result of winnings — players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations under Philippine law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If any provision of this limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
7. Account Suspension, Closure and Inactive Accounts
When and how accounts may be suspended or closed
faichai reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In cases of suspected fraud, the account may be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out, and all pending transactions may be held during that period.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the faichai support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure at the player's request, any verified balance remaining in the account will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. faichai will make reasonable attempts to notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity status to the account. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administration fee deducted from the dormant balance on a monthly basis, in accordance with applicable regulations. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to keep their registered contact details current to avoid this.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the faichai responsible gaming tools, or who have been excluded at faichai's discretion, are not permitted to re-register or hold another account during the exclusion period. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
Who owns the platform content and what you may do with it
All content on the faichai platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, website design, user interface, software, game titles, graphics, text, icons, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the property of faichai or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and related rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you as a user of the platform.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the faichai platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from faichai. Unauthorised use of faichai's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Game titles, software, and related assets provided by third-party game suppliers on the faichai platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are governed by the licensing arrangements between faichai and those suppliers. Your right to access those games is conditional on your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorised recording, streaming, or redistribution of gameplay is prohibited.
9. Changes to These Terms
How and when terms are updated
faichai may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable laws and regulations, or business operations. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, faichai will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect.
If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should stop using the faichai platform and contact support to close your account before the revised terms come into effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Game titles available on faichai are typically provided under licence from third-party game development studios. While faichai works with reputable suppliers and applies quality standards to its game catalogue, the underlying game mechanics, random number generation, and payout structures for individual titles are governed by the specifications of each game's developer. faichai facilitates access to these games but does not control or alter their internal operation.
